¡¡¡¡After nearly 20 year's development, technical department
has become the core of the enterprise strength.
¡¡¡¡It's mainly responsible for market survey, product development,
external design of the product and Vi, etc.
¡¡¡¡All the while, technical department has made efforts
to adapt to market demands constantly. At the same time,
we're also perfecting our technical force, commiting ourselves
to improvement of quality, constantly lifting ability
of scientific research development and developing new
products together with many fellow enterprises and foreign
traders to adapt to the constantly developing market and
satisfy demands of consumers of different levels. After
constant ablution and market experiment, it now has been
a core department with large turnover strength. From introduction
of raw materials to production process and even packaging
of finished products, there are strict control system
and rigid flow. We enjoy very high reputation in this
line.
Production Strength
¡¡¡¡On productivity, we own professional production equipments
of all types, including 300 sets of flats, 188 sets of
piped machines, 120 sets of double-needle machines, 210
sets of single-needle machines, 2 sets of cloth testers,
5 sets of glue compounding machines, 7 sets of electric
cutters, 20 sets of packaging equipments, 5 sets of computer
machines, 12 sets of special machines, 2 sets of high-frequency
machines, 2 sets of low-frequency machines and 4 sets
of shapers. We possess compounding workshop of our own
and three perfect subsidiary facilities. Along with constant
expansion of the market and production scale, our existing
production level has alreay been unable to satisfy demands
of domestic or oversea customers. Therefore, we discuss
and then decide to purchase advanced production equipments
from France to perfect our production facilities and meet
demands of production and all customers.
